After a wonderful afternoon spending time with nature, boating on the Columbia River, I am back refreshed, focused and reading to plant seeds! Thoughts become things! How many times do we read that, hear that and see bumper stickers on the freeway declaring that Truth?
Because our every thought doesn’t just appear before us instantly, what is the journey our thoughts take to manifest into reality?
Journaling is an important step to moving our thoughts from cause to an effect (The Law of Cause and Effect). Our thoughts, when put on paper, are NOW a physical, material fact. We can read it, others can read it. Our thought has begun its journey of manifesting into reality!
Journaling also assists in moving past limiting beliefs. When our powerful mind reads our written words, we begin BELIEVING what we see. A client asked me the other day, “What is the difference between keeping a diary and a Manifesting Journal?”
In the traditional sense, a diary is keeping track of what we did or didn’t do during the day. Pretty boring stuff. We already have and KNOW that information! Manifesting Journaling is free form. It allows us the gift of time, to dream, to imagine, to solve challenges, access personal awareness and clarifies our thoughts and feelings.
In goal achievement it is imperative that Journaling is part of your daily manifesting activities, if even on a casual level. What we focus our attention and feelings on WILL manifest into our reality.
This week, gift yourself some quiet time in the busy world. Put your thoughts on paper and begin to design the life of your dreams!
