I am sharing with you the amazing “SMART” goal system. Today is the perfect day to plant your seeds of peace and abundance. Set your short term goal, keep your eye on the bigger picture, visualizing the end result. Goal setting is so very powerful and life transformational. The steps can appear daunting at first, but ask yourself…how much do you really desire the experience of success? Enjoy this SMART goal system. Believe it…it works.
S-Specific When creating your goal, make it uncomplicated and clearly defined. Unclear thoughts and goals create vague results. What we put our focus and attention does and will expand in our reality. Choose a goal specific to You, Your Dreams, Your Aspirations. If your goal is specific and clear, if your heart beats with excitement when visualizing the end result, your powerful mind will know and understand exactly the seeds you are planting
M-Measureable Establish a system for measuring your advancement. Built into your goal there are several short term, concrete criteria you can use to gauge your progress. These “small steps forward” assist in keeping you on track and provides the feeling of success that will assist you to remain motivated. You can manage it if you can measure it.
A-Attainable Your goal should be neither soo far out of reach that you are challenged committing and/or believing it. Or soo simple you aren’t excited by the prospect of success. Your intention should allow you to stretch, to learn, to grow. As you begin to develop the new skills and new abilities to attain your goal, you will also develop a new found sense of peace and confidence.
R-Realistic Anything you can imagine and “believe” you can achieve. Some of you who are familiar with goal achievement know how powerful and true this statement is. If you are a beginner in this marvelous, conscious, co-creation process, choose a goal that is in line with your life mission. Every short term goal should be a progressive realization towards that objective. Careful, this does not mean pick an “easy” goal. Do-able, realistic and exciting is an excellent start.
T-Timely Your goal should have a definite time schedule attached to it. This creates a sense of importance and urgency. “Someday” is not a definite point of reference and your mind will create just that…..your goal achievement…Someday!
As you use this SMART system to assist you, be prepared to welcome the people, events and infinite opportunities that will begin to appear to assist you. Begin where you are, with what you presently have. The Universe, with all love and intelligence, will be your guide.
