Last week I was blessed with the invitation to teach a tele-class for Hilton Johnson Productions. My first thought when I received the invitation was…WHO ME?? The lineup of speakers, mentor and instructors that have gone before me is awe-inspiring indeed. Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale, Debbie Ford, Chellie Campbell….and …..yes, me!
I created my class, “You are a Master Gardener, Manifest Your Goals with Grace and Ease”, with the idea of sharing a few of my manifesting tips and stories. Pat Dougher, a fantastic radio personality, joined me. When we came to the Q & A segment, a lively group discussion began on visualization and putting ourselves in our mind movie.
Mike Dooley, from “The Secret” and www.TUT.com , tells a story of a client of his. She set the goal to manifest a blue…volkswagon (I think it was). She affirmed, she visualized and she felt. Before too long, there was the blue volkswagon, IN HER NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY!!
When visualizing, make your mind movies as real as possible. Make it as detail oriented as possible. If you can taste, smell and touch it in your imagination…do that! Imagine talking to others about your achievement. What will you be wearing? You are the award winning star of this movie, you are also the author, director and producer. You can add a supporting cast….it’s YOUR fabulous, technicolor, 3D, mind movie. Smile from the pure joy of manifesting your delight! Visualize daily, in the morning and again at night. The key is…. Emotions and details…Emotions and details…Emotions and details…AND
ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS PUT YOUR SELF IN THE PICTURE!
(Unless of course you won’t mind looking at YOUR new car in your neighbors driveway!)
