I believe decision is one of the most powerful steps in creating your mental garden and manifesting it to full, lush harvest. How blessed we are to be endowed with this genius seed. Without the use of our free will and power of choice, life would be one of stagnation and boredom. Either consciously or sub-consciously, our every waking minute is a series of decisions.

I’m very fickle about what I watch on television. About 3 years ago I was given a 30 day media fast challenge. Now, each time I gift myself with 30 days of quiet, I find television more patronizing and ….well……garbage in, garbage out! But I do have my favorites…The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch (CNBC) is one of them. It’s inspiring and gets the creativity flowing. Yes, it is entertainment, but if you are in business for yourself or just starting out, you owe it to yourself to check it out. I’ve also picked up invaluable nuggets of business insight. The other night Donny had three female millionaires as his guests. One action step they all agreed had taken them closer to their goals in the beginning of their journey was……JOURNALING!
